Most of the existing lubricating oil filling production lines control the amount of lubricating oil injected into the packaging bottle through a flow detector on the oil pipe, and only rely on a single flow detector to detect and feed back the amount of lubricating oil. When the quality of the injected lubricating oil is not good, the traces of residual oil in the pipe may condense on the wall of the oil guide pipe, causing the detection error of the flow detector. The amount of oil in the packaging bottle detected by the flow detector may be greater than the actual amount of oil, which will affect the accuracy of the amount of oil in the bottle.

The empty packaging bottle is sent to the bearing seat under the filling mechanism along the conveyor belt, and the filling mechanism starts to inject lubricant into the packaging bottle. As the amount of lubricant injected into the packaging bottle increases, the weight detected by the bearing seat and the upper weight detection device gradually increases. Set the preset weighing reference voltage of the comparison circuit according to the weight of the set volume in the packaging bottle, and set the filling reference voltage according to the volume of the set volume in the packaging bottle.
When the weight detection voltage is less than the weight reference voltage, it means that the amount of oil in the bottle has not reached the predetermined amount, and the filling mechanism continues to fill the packaging bottle; when the weight detection voltage output by the weight detection device reaches the weighing reference voltage, that is, when the packaging bottle When the lubricating oil inside reaches a predetermined filling amount, the filling mechanism stops filling lubricating oil into the packaging bottle. Since there are only bottles above the conveyor belt, there are no other interfering factors that exert pressure on the bearing seat below the conveyor belt, so the oil detection result is closer to the actual situation. Through the weight detection device to detect the weight of the packaging bottle, the amount of oil injected into the packaging bottle can be detected, and the accuracy of the lubricating oil filling production line can be improved.
